We offer free shipping for all US states with the expectation of Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize to the residents of these states as you know shipping to you gets probative. If you want to order our products we can quote you shipping for our products.
Reliable trucking (freight) companies have been selected by Everything Home to deliver each new product (Most often UPS or FedEx). All items are packaged individually to ensure safe delivery. The freight carrier and/or Everything Home will notify customer and schedule a delivery time if the product requires inspection upon delivery (Most larger items will require this. Most items will not require delivery inspection). Call Everything Home if you have any questions.
INSPECTION AND CLAIMS PROCEDURE:
Follow the steps below to eliminate any questions about who is responsible for visible or concealed damage that may have occurred in shipping. Examine the shipping box for signs of damage or mishandling, i.e. staples pulled loose, flaps unglued, punches to the box, severe indentations, or crushed corners. If the box is damaged, the delivery person and receiving person / consignee must note the damage to the box on delivery paperwork before opening the box. Open the box and inspect the items for damage. If damage is found, call Everything Home before accepting the item. All issues need to be resolved before signing delivery paperwork or at least notated for later review.
Everything Home allows the consignee / owner no more than 48 hours from time of receipt to inspect and report any concealed damage (i.e. leaks, broken pipes, etc…) or shortages of merchandise ordered (i.e. heater, drain, jet trim, etc…). Report concealed damage and shortage to Everything Home.
FAILURE OF THE CONSIGNEE TO INSPECT AND REPORT ANY CONCEALED DAMAGE WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOD PLACES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONCEALED DAMAGE ON THE CONSIGNEE.
Returns and Refund policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The second and third return will charge a 10 percent restock fee. This fee is waived for the first return within 90 days.
